I hope you’re taking care of yourself and loving yourself.  If we don’t love ourselves the way God loves us – we will be unable to love others in any meaningful way.  So, start now in reminding yourself (I do this on my bathroom breaks) who you are – precious and beloved, cared for, loved, perfect the way you were created and happily growing every day.  Don’t beat yourself up if you screw up or have a bad day.  Stand up – shake yourself off – remind yourself who you are and what you stand for and what you believe to be true – and start again.  Do this every single day and don’t look back!  Lots of Love,  Angela
