To be considered for the program – you will have a major mental illness, sentenced to supervised probation; assessment by the CESE staff which determines if the consumer is at a manageable resk level (LSI ! 40), etc.; assessment that the client is likely to benefit from said program; is a resident of Adams County. Provide: Medication Monitoring, Observation, Assistance with access housing, medical/dental, transportation, self-help groups, Life Skills training, Substance Abuse and Psychiatric treatment, both individual and group theraphy; meeting with Probation Officer, Therapist, etc.
